When your pets need to let off a little steam, this Whirl Around pet playground has something for every energy level. At the tippy-top is a wind-up tree house swing set that twirls two pets on swings and two more riding in the tree canopy. A curvy slide sends pets zipping down to the bottom on a sled. At ground level, there is an obstacle course that kids can race pets through using the sliding lever and a merry-go-round that spins three pets at a time. For pets that need a rest, an elevator takes them up to a second-story cafe or a hammock suspended between the two buildings beckons them for a snooze. All pets are fitted with a magnet in one foot, which allows them to hang onto the sled, swing, merry-go-round, or obstacle course and roots them to the hammock and other perches throughout the playground. This playset comes with two pets—a puppy with sunglasses and a mouse—and several accessories, including a bed, sled, and food dish.  Littliest Pet Shop Playground April 5, 2008
My daughter received this for a Christmas present and within the first five minutes the merry go round stopped working. But she does love playing with it and will for hours.

Great toy--lots of fun things to do--more so than many of the other ones to come out. My daughter received the Get Better Center, the Round 'N Round Pet town and this and she loves this one the best. Lots of little accessories to use (and step on)...
Very good toy December 28, 2007
This is a really good toy, my daughter absolutely loves it and I was even impressed with it. It's definitely worth the $30 it's usually priced at.
It has a lot of features. A slide, hammock, elevator, the little raceway and merry-go-round. I think the cutest feature is the swing at the top. You twist it up and when you set a magnetized pet on the top it begins to spin by itself. No batteries needed, very cool.
But it does come apart very easily, as do most littlest pet shop toys. It's best to pick it up by the base when you move it. Even though it doesn't weigh much if you pick it up by the towers they will come off. It is very simple to put them back on though, it only takes about 2 seconds. It's not a big issue but it does happen.
It does only come with two pets though, so if you don't already have extra littlest pets you may want to buy some more to go with this.
I would recommend this for any child. I know it's targeted towards girls but my nephew sat and played with it for over an hour the other day. It keeps kids busy and happy for hours on end.

I got this for my sixth birthday and I still play with it now [age 8]. I have adored it ever since I got it [so it has lots of replay value]. It even has a runway race, an elevator and a slide. Additionally, there is a swingset that can move if you put a pet on top [one must wind it up by simply turning the top]. There are two very good swings that have magnets so the pets can stick. There is a merry-go-round for the pets to play and there is lots of room for a lot of pets to play. There is a sand-castle bin for the pets to play. Lastly, there is a hammock between the two playhouses and swings back and forth.
I have so much fun with it. This playground is full of love. My pets love playing with it and I'd buy it if I were you.
[For what its worth, the LPS playground is extremely well constructed and durable. Even two years after having bought it, it still looks new and has stood up to the test of three children playing with it on a regular basis - they have treated it with respect (i.e. they have not colored on it with markers or crayons, et cetera) bu the colors are still bright and have not dulled in the least and there hasn't been anything falling off or breaking off, a real concern these days - It is therefore worth the price!]

I Love the Littlest Petshop playground. I play with it every time I play littlestpetshop. I have 31 Littlest pets and I LOVE it.I think it is a great toy for people who can't afford pets or are a allergic to pets. They can have a minature pet that doen't make you sneeze and at pet that is very easy to take care of.
My Texas cousins and I play with Littlest Petshop everytime we see another which is ever summer and christmas. They LOVE it too. We act out stories and pretend that the Littlest Pets are cousins and that they get married and ECT.
