This is really fun! December 11, 2006 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
I got this toy for my birthday. It is really fun except if you play it all the time then it gets boring. On the whole I think it is a good buy. I got mine from Hasbro for fifteen dollars. I can't believe how much money people want for it now! Here are some things I've noticed. Pros: The little pet is really cute! The music is nice and quiet but the little beep gets annoying. The scenery is nice and very interactive but not exactly 3d. It can be intresting. Cons: The screen isn't colored. All the houses sometimes look all the same. It is really hard to find your own house. The email is so boring! You see this little icon and then you press it and it zips you to a different place and this little sticker appears and music plays! :( Here are some strange things: the hamster throws a baton instead of running on a wheel when you push the wheel. The hamster only eats if he wants to. And another very helpful tip: If your hamster slows down-he needs food. If he ignores you you need to brush him. If the buttons don't seem to be working be sure to feed and exercise and brush your pet :).[...]
Our Family has now bought two of these digital pets. October 19, 2006 13 out of 14 found this review helpful
And I think we will give them 5 stars. It is true that they are very similar to some of the other products out there, but they are LITTLEST PET SHOP toys which are a huge rage right now. Pluses: The keychain attachment seems to be pretty sturdy. I've had it hooked to my [...] coat for a couple of days now and he hasn't pulled it apart. He doesn't "get" all the pet combing and stuff yet, but he really likes to push the buttons, watch the screen and hear the music. Another great plus, the volume is a very good level - loud enough to hear, but NOT so loud as to drive Mom nutzo.
It seems like Hamster and Monkey are probably the most rare - hard to find around here. There are tons of Dogs and Kitties available.
Sad Tamagotchi Knock Off October 14, 2006 4 out of 16 found this review helpful
While the Littlest Pet Shop toys are cute, this electronic version is just a knock off of the Tamagotchi.
