this product is great - its almost like a real hamster - runs in the ball and out of it. it only takes 1 AAA battery - works best on hardwood or tile floors but it will also work on carpet if it's in the ball.

Popular with 6 to 10 Year Olds! January 8, 2008
My daughter wanted a real hamster and this toy satisfied that desire! She liked it so much we decided to give it as Christmas gifts to her friends and for gift exchanges. Everyone's eyes lit up when they opened the gift and started playing with it instantly! It was a unique gift that turned out to be a big hit! Lot's of people have asked me where to get one.

My 5 year old son wanted a hamster for his birthday and we didn't want a live one! This one is very cute and fuzzy and runs all over the house. The kids love it.

Bought hamsters to use for prizes at our school's carnival and they were an amazing hit! They are adorable and fun and everyone wanted one!
